What happened
Alcindor asked whether Trump calling himself a 'nationalist' emboldened white nationalists. It was one of three exchanges with Black women reporters over three days, along with April Ryan and Abby Phillip on November 9. National Association of Black Journalists president Sarah Glover said his comments toward the three were 'appalling.'
