Vega had thanked Trump for calling on her and said she was not in shock; Trump replied with the remark before she asked about the FBI's Kavanaugh investigation, which he declined to answer. The White House's first official transcript rendered the word as 'thanking'; the next day it was revised to 'thinking,' matching the video, NBC News reported.
