'Democrat-run cities' was a regular line for him: Factba.se transcripts record the phrase more than 200 times from June 2019 on. On Sept. 21, 2020 he called Portland, Chicago, New York, Oakland and Baltimore 'a crime mess' and said 'all of these Democrat-run areas are a disaster.'
