What happened
August 2020 ended with no plan. CNN's September 5, 2020 headline read 'Trump promised a health care plan before the end of August. It never came.' PolitiFact counted this as at least the fifth Obamacare-replacement promise of 2020 alone. A recognisable 'Great Healthcare Plan' was not announced until January 15, 2026, and even that required Congress to act.
