What happened
The two weeks expired on August 2, 2020 with nothing signed. On July 31 Trump said it was coming 'sometime very soon'; on August 3 'hopefully, prior to the end of the month'; on August 7 he promised a major executive order 'in two weeks.' What eventually appeared on September 24, 2020 was the 'America First Healthcare Plan' executive order that fact-checkers described as largely symbolic. No comprehensive replacement plan was ever signed.
