What happened

The Singapore statement contained no verification terms or timetable. The Hanoi summit collapsed in February 2019. North Korea continued producing fissile material and testing short-range missiles, and independent estimates put its warhead stockpile higher at the end of the term than in 2018. No weapons or facilities were dismantled.
